In January 2021 Mirai Sake International, a company specialised in Japanese alcoholic beverages trade, is opening in London SAKE COLLECTIVE, the first retail shop offering, both in-store and online, the largest selection of sake in the UK, alongside few other types of Japanese drinks such as shochu and gin. The physical shop is also going to have a kakuuchi-style bar section, where customers will be able to try different sake by the glass and taste a selection of Japanese snacks and dishes.
