Sakula Yoga Studio

SaKula is derived from two Sanskrit words: Sa - meaning "born, with or from" and Kula - meaning "clan, family or community". SaKula Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes as well as many workshops. Our class levels range from Restorative to Gentle to Power Yoga and Ashtanga. We offer Pre and Postnatal classes for Moms and Moms-to be as well as Chair Yoga for a gentle stretch. We also have classes in Pilates and Pilates/Yoga Fusion. For thos who are looking to quiet the mind, we have several types of guided meditation to help get in touch with the inner you, or have a restful night's sleep. Our goal at SaKula is to continue helping the community maintain the spirit of Yoga, bringing together the physical and mental disciplines necessary to achieve peacefulness of both body and mind. SaKula Yoga Studio is a place where you can come stretch, meditate, breath, relax, have fun and enjoy the company of friends.
