Salabka Restaurant

Salabka is delightful complex with outstanding fine dining restaurant, its own boutique vineyard, winery, distillery and superb apartments on the hillside of Troja the Prague’s suburb. Excellent wines and also newly the spirits have been grown and processed here since the 13th century. The modern history of the Salabka vineyard began in only 1955 when renewal and the planting of the new vines took place. Tomáš Osička, a young winemaker looks after the local winery. The exceptional wines have already received multiple awards, such as the AWC Vienna competition or Vinalies Internationales in Paris. Modern cooking by head chef Petr Kunc, with many years of experience in the UK's Michelin star restaurants, focuses on local ingredients and producers. The best quality wild game or local freshwater fish are staples on the menu. Imaginative meals are seasonal, full of flavours and textures.
