Oversupply of artisans with less demand, breads exploitation. We want to create a wholesome work atmosphere for marginalised communities who, otherwise, would have been overlooked. We create handmade fashion apparel of all sorts, leather handbags to flip flops to office trousers. We value artisans over machines. So far, around 70% of our current artisans are trained by SALADI, and almost all of them came to work with us with close to no prior experience.
