Salami Events

Salami Events is a small business ran by Lorenzo. Lorenzo has extensive chef experience: he worked in Michelin-starred restaurants such as L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Gordon Ramsay au Trianon and Hedone. He also worked as a Royal Sous-Chef for the Household of TRH The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall. He loves experimenting with new flavour combinations and molecular cuisine, but he is also extremely passionate about classic dishes, especially Italian ones, such as lasagne, tortelli, home-made pasta and cheeky desserts like tiramisú!
