Salescentric
Is your CRM system suffering poor user adoption? Do you need to manage complex relationships in CRM? SalesCentric Relationship Charts reduces the effort required to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and make it easier for people to manage relationships between customers, partners and colleagues Solid and consistent user adoption underpins success of CRM implementations. Many CRM systems add more administration to already busy people, who in turn become reluctant to adopt the platform. Relationship Charts reduces the effort required to use CRM and makes it easier for people manage and share complex relationships between customers, partners and colleagues. Standard CRM helps users manage Accounts and their associated Contacts or Opportunities via different forms, each with multiple tabs, views, look-up fields and relationship tables. Since many users do not take the time to do this, not all account and opportunity information is entered in CRM. Being able to visualize these relationships is the main challenge for most users. With intuitive charts and simple mouse movements, Relationship Charts helps sales people see and manage their customer and partner relationships, to better qualify opportunities, increase sales and improve forecast accuracy. Users simply drag and drop Actors (for example, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities or any other CRM entity) on a chart to display and manage their relationships. The information is automatically saved within the CRM system for other people to see and use. Relationship Charts can automatically present pre-configured charts, which can then be updated by the users as required. In an instance, people will see who are the key contacts within an account, display an Account and related Sub-Accounts. Relationship Charts can display opportunities related to an account, and the orders relating to opportunities, or display informal relationships between key contacts.
