Annette is a Chartered Psychologist (C.Psychol. PsSI) Accredited Coach (AC) and Coaching Psychology Practitioner who works with individuals and organisations interested in progression and development. Annette has extensive experience in workplace coaching and serves to empower clients to be masters of their own development for expanded capability and success. Annette supports clients to make sense of their professional experiences and navigate pivotal moments in their professional lives, supporting them in moments of transition, uncertainty, and opportunity. Clients typically seek coaching for career progression and transition, to enhance potential for learning and career development opportunities, leadership development, and to navigate workplace change. As a Coaching Psychology Practitioner, Annette adopts a science-practitioner approach, applying psychological theories, research and frameworks to enhance clients’ wellbeing, performance, learning and development. Practicing with an Integrative Coaching Approach, Annette draws on evidence-based behavioural, cognitive, emotional and social science to facilitate clients’ personal and professional growth. Providing a reflective and supportive space for clients to process experiences and realise their potential across a range of work-life contexts. Annette has substantial experience working in corporate environments, and in-depth knowledge of Strategic HR and OD projects (merger and acquisitions, HR transformation, global talent initiatives and leadership development programmes, coaching and mentoring systems). Annette earned an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology and has interests in Coaching Psychology, Psychological Capital, Emotional Intelligence and Motivation.
