I utilize skills in counseling, writing, songwriting, storytelling, singing. Through a series of emails, telephone calls or in-person meetings I work with an adult or child to create a recording for growth in self-esteem and self-effigacy. The story or song will change in visualization content as a client continues to work. Or a client may keep one story or song and realize different dimensions to it as he or she grows and develops. Your life is a story that is still going on & changing, hopefully for a long while. So you too can have different visualization recordings designed with you or for you as you grow and change.
