Today's high performers deserve more than a fractured approach to their self development - you shouldn't have to work with four different people to work on all aspects of yourself. Yet the huge majority of coaches steer clear of the past, of therapy, of mentoring and are future focussed and non-directive. I am different. In my work as a coach, I am more than a coach. I combine coaching, therapy, consulting, mentoring and advising to work with my clients as a trusted partner in all areas of their lives, producing truly transformational results. We are all products of our past experiences and our conditioning. We carry limiting beliefs and traumas from our childhoods that have impacted and continue to impact the way we show up in the world. Often we show up how we think we should as opposed to our true, authentic selves and this compromises our self value and self trust. To fully realise our potential - and do this by being ourselves - we must first look to the past, reframing limiting beliefs and neutralizing little t traumas that are encoded within our brain landscape. My flagship Breakthrough programme works with the whole person and looks to the past in order to impact the present and shape the future. I am an Advanced Practitioner of Paseda360® (ILM), a Master Practitioner of NLP (ABNLP),a Master Practitioner of Hynotherapy (ABH), a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy® (ATLT), a Master Coach (ABNLP) certified to practise Limitless Light Therapy®, certified to practise the Havening Touch® and a member of the Association for Coaching. Before retraining as a coach and therapist, I spent 17 years working in the corporate world in Media Buying Agencies, where most latterly I was Managing Director of the Media Buying Arm of Dentsu UK, managing a P and L in excess of £1 billion and leading a team of over 300 people. I've worked for large holding companies and independent agencies throughout my career and thrive in a crisis
