Salt is a Geneva-based global Consulting, Communications, & Coaching Services Company founded in January 2015. We work with senior leaders, management teams and founding partners of small and medium sized businesses and international organizations. Our approach leverages our unique backgrounds in entrepreneurship, education, high performance sports, and the arts. We have also coached over 100 sports coaches, including Olympic and National Team coaches, in mindfulness, communication skills, empathy, active listening, human development, the educational paths of young people, and mental training. We lead two women's networks in Switzerland with over members. Our boutique consultancy has funded 55 girls in countries around the world so that they can go to school.
