Salt Lifestyle

We started this blog as a creative outlet to document all our favourite food and drink related experiences, ideas and recipes. We hope that we can inspire people to try new things and heighten their enjoyment of food and drink. We chose the word ‘salt’ because when you add salt to food it improves the taste and we think food and drink are the salt of life (if that doesn’t sound too pretentious…. but it probably does… oh well). We will also be writing about related subjects and things that interest us for a bit of variety – other salts of life!
