Salud normalizes mental health conversations through evidence based and culturally responsive approaches. Founded by a Chicago family including a Latina nurse and Latino psychologist, we understand the need to change how we approach mental health in order to continue combating stigma and remove barriers in starting the conversation. We hope our work continues to grow to contribute to more equitable approaches in supporting mental health through community.
