Salvador Group is an investment holding company. The group specializes in creating value through merger & acquisitions, consolidations / industry roll-ups, buyouts, distressed / turnarounds, private equity and selective greenfield investment. Group invest in industrial companies and makes new investments using a combination of its own capital and money raised from co-investors. The group does so by creating an Opportunity-Specific Fund (OSF) to finance the equity component of each deal. In each fund, The Group generally takes an equity stake of at least 10% alongside its co-investors and maintains a sharp focus on creating value through the growth of its Platform Companies.
