The Caregiving Research (CARE) Lab, housed within the Sam Katz Community Health & Aging Research Unit (CHARU), focuses on formal and informal/family caregiving. The CARE Lab is particularly interested in investigating how to enhance person-centred communication for persons living with dementia and their caregivers. The CARE Lab also aims to identify approaches that enable positive and sustained aging while promoting community resilience and resourcefulness.
