As part of our evolution, ROSHINI (Action For Impact Foundation) is now Samavesh (Action For Impact Foundation)—a name that better reflects our deepened commitment to inclusion, equity, and grassroots leadership. About Samavesh Samavesh Action For Impact Foundation is a non-profit organisation that supports first-generation learners from marginalised communities by ensuring access to two critical enablers: legal identity and public scholarships. Across India, thousands of students from SC, ST, NT-DNT, tribal, migrant, and minority backgrounds remain excluded from higher education—not due to lack of aspiration, but because of missing documentation, poor information access, and systemic barriers. Samavesh bridges this gap through: Legal Documentation Support Helping students secure caste, income, domicile, and disability certificates—essential for accessing government benefits and scholarships. Scholarship Access and Navigation Guiding students in identifying and applying for relevant government and private scholarships that make education financially viable. Mentorship and Career Guidance Providing academic and career mentoring to help students make informed choices, apply to colleges, and build meaningful futures. Community-Based Outreach Running helpdesks, digital access centres, and after-school programs in urban slums and underserved rural regions to ensure no learner is left behind. We look forward to continuing this journey with your support, under our new identity—Samavesh—where inclusion is not just a goal, but a practice.
