Sameera Gokal Foundation

The Sameera Gokal Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization that works to shape journalism skills in the developing world through focus areas in mentorship, internship and by offering financial assistance for student media projects, without regard to faith, origin or gender. The Foundation provides philanthropic assistance and networking to journalism schools to promote humanitarian causes and projects in developing countries. One hundred percent of the Foundation’s proceeds go to participating programs at the schools, with no deductions for administrative expenses.
