Within 30 days of kickoff, our clients receive: • Certified boundary survey • Rough concept drawing • Pre-application meeting minutes • Utility availability letter & feedback • Entitlement strategy • Engineered concept set (including utility strategy) • Week-by-week permit schedule • Inventory of key risks Once entitlements are approved, the cost of the 30-Day Project Greenlight is credited toward the civil engineering design fee. We also guarantee land disturbance permit submittal within six weeks of kickoff, provided all client responsibilities are met. If we miss that mark, we reduce our fee by 25%.
