There are two types of OEMs in the EV Segment Those who are building on technology, design and engineering strength Those who are building on sales and distribution network More than 95% of the total EV players are in the second category and the total volume of the segment is also shared between the two players in the same ratio. This ratio has started changing very fast and slowly and steadily type 1 category of OEMs will start sharing a larger pie of the sales and the industry will move towards the consolidation. There are two trends very clearly visible in the EV segment Small and local players are getting closed down or are in the phase of getting closed down for many reasons Segment is moving from Low speed (up to 25Kms and hour) to High Speed Vehicles This trend has a very negative impact on employment and distribution of resources and if it continues with the same pace, there is all possibility that within next 12-18 months there would be only 7-10 Players operating in the EV segment as compared to 500 Plus players in the industry as of now and the employment as well as resources will be concentrated to only 7-10 places as compared to current scenario of having EV OEM in every small and large city and town. This trend could very well be curtailed by creating a common ecosystem offered to every small and large EV player of second category at a very nominal charge which fits within their pocket so that equal opportunity of growth is available to all such players. Sampoorn EV will not have its own Brand and Products and will only be providing Sampoorn Ecosystem to any and all EV players on a holistic basis. This ecosystem starts from setting up company, brand and products and all activities thereafter including purchase, sales, services, repair, maintenance and support
