Samson Worldwide LLC is a woman-owned consulting firm with expertise in helping organizations and individuals with intercultural communication and global competence solutions. At Samson Worldwide we provide customized cross-cultural training and coaching programs, consulting for organizations and individuals who work globally and/or relocate internationally. We help them better understand and effectively bridge cultural differences - by enhancing their cultural awareness and fostering intercultural competence. Our services will equip teams and leaders working globally, expat assignees and their family members with the tools and strategies they need to better adapt and succeed in multicultural environments and across cultures. The services include- Intercultural communication training and consulting (building intercultural competence needed for global work, expat relocation, integration as well as repatriation = returning home after an assignment overseas)- Expat youth support (including third culture kids – TCKs)- Study abroad support - Expat partner integration and career coaching
