Samu is a pioneering group of companies in Spain with 40 years of experience in healthcare, social action and emergency sectors. Founded in 1981 by Dr. Carlos Álvarez Leiva (Huelva, 1946), Samu incorporated the first operational Mobile ICU in Spain into its emergency services and is currently made up of different companies and a Foundation.
