Our WHY: I founded SamWilko Advisory in 2012 to address capability gaps in the Infrastructure Engineering and Construction industry. Over 30 years in the private sector, public sector and in consulting I’ve seen many successful bids badly transitioned into the project phase. The cost translates to hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars as well as damaged careers and lives and lost opportunity for the participants. I believe there’s more effective ways to win bids, deliver successful projects and grow great businesses. HOW We Work: SWA Transforms Industry Capability by implementing effective Strategies.
