Samye Foundation Wales is a not-for-profit company whose purpose is to promote mindfulness, meditation, the Tibetan culture and wellbeing. We run mindfulness courses for businesses and individuals from our centre in Cardiff, and offer rooms under our service "Cardiff Room Hire" that are available to hire for conferences, events, therapies and meetings. Our centre also hosts therapies such as psychotherapy, counselling and holistic massage therapies, as well as qi gong, t'ai chi and yoga classes.
