Substance Use Disorder Services: In addition to primary mental health tracks, Sanare offers primary SUD PHP and IOP in the state of Delaware. Integrative Nutrition: Integrative nutrition applies the principles of medical nutrition therapy with functional medicine to provide counseling, education, and guidance to people who are eager to thrive. Our registered dietitians create customized food-as-medicine plans to help individuals meet their nutritional goals while honoring lifestyle and food preferences.
