Sandbox Journeys

SandBox Journeys is a company specialising in Filmmaking and Theatre for Schools. Our projects range across all areas of the curriculum, including non-academic subjects. Through our programmes, we get students to create films and theatre pieces that convey messages to the whole school community in a fresh and forward-thinking fashion. We use Greenscreen and other movie-making set-pieces to allow the students (almost) free rein and shepherd their ideas to a completed film they can be proud of. Through this exciting communication tool, important lessons, yearly reviews and events can reach more of the school's wider community, such as parents or local government. We also provide bespoke services to schools such as individual/class/school photography, bespoke editing services and educational programmes that walk students through the basics of filmmaking.
