Using an individually-tailored - bespoke - approach I work closely with your medium-sized enterprise or corporate division to provide insights-based strategy for growing profitable top line digital revenue. Based on twenty years of digital marketing and analytics experience both as a client and consultant I provide what I believe is a unique service based on the following traits: 1. Professionalism. Having worked on the client-side for many years, I know what good and bad consultancy services look like. Bad under-delivers, delivers late and is not actionable. Good delivers true insight that can be applied, on-time. Business-centric. It's not about the data; it's about really understanding your business opportunities and providing actionable strategies that address your opportunities. I will guide you in implementing strategies and will also provide thoughtful input about any organizational change needed. You don't just want to see analysis, reporting and insights; you want to see the results. So do I. Respect and empathy. You know your business. I know digital analytics and demand generation. I'll listen carefully to you but will also push you to think differently about how your business works online. I'll also present information in a way that makes sense to you. It's a partnership. Bespoke. Although I do have a business process mindset, I won't try to push some off-the-shelf methodology on you that doesn't fit your business needs. I want you to live off the land - make use of the data you already have before investing in more. Tool agnostic. Although I’m an expert level user of tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Google Analytics, I’m not attached to any particular tools. If we need to do an NPS study or run focus groups, we’ll do that. If we need to go deep into the data using advanced stats tools I’ll either learn your tools or bring in somebody to partner with me.
