Sandy Robson will guide and support you to achieve your objectives and remove the blocks that prevent you from maximising your potential. She is an experienced and successful hypnotherapist engaging many disciplines including Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Havening (trauma release). Her passion is for clients to identify emotional blocks that compel them to repeat destructive patterns of behaviour that adversely affect their work, home and personal lives. For the last 12 years Sandy has worked with a comprehensive range of clients from diverse backgrounds including corporate and private, however most seek her help by word-of-mouth recommendation. “The subconscious is the true powerhouse when it comes to change. Once the subconscious shifts to agreement, the past is released with ease. The individual is then free to move forward.” Clients bring an extensive list of issues ranging from low self-esteem, body image, food related issues, work/life balance, stress, self esteem, trauma, sexual abuse and managing difficult relationships.
