While we love the applause, it’s about time songwriters were paid…faster and with more transparency. Our mission is to raise awareness for how necessary songwriters are to the music business ecosystem and to change the way they are compensated and to facilitate the deserved payment from the music venues to the songwriters' bank account in a timely fashion. Sangcash offers business consulting services for songwriters and music venue owners to help them make sense of music licensing and royalty payments. For every song, there are two copyrights and therefore two income streams and SangCash recognizes the confusion that stems from these different income streams. By properly accounting for copyright royalties, we can finally provide proper accounting of what is owed to the songwriter. We work with clients that need help navigating the consent decrees and recent laws passed to protect music creators.
