Sansaar Care

Our mission here at Sansaar Care, is to 'forge a brighter future' for every child in our care. We believe that when children transition to adulthood, they should be equipped with all the tools they need. We do this by creating bespoke, wrap around care packages, as well as providing them with confidence, skills, aspirations, and goals. Through the implementation of our model of care, which adopts a strength focused approach with restorative interventions, and in line with our therapeutic partners, who support the development of our trauma informed approach. The Sansaar care team will implement a child-centred, nurturing and empathetic approach, ensuring they have access to continued support to achieve as young adults, and supporting them to become valued members of society.
