Currently, we build in the Lakewood and Preston Hollow neighborhoods and our spec homes range from $2M-5M. Santa Barbara Homes was started in 2023 by Raul Ruiz, a local Dallas top real estate producer and now developer. Raul dreams up the concept of each home and works with the team to take the inspiration and vision into execution. Joined by Raul is Victor Ruiz, who oversees operations, workflows, execution, timelines, relationships and operational procedures. Each Santa Barbara home is different and not your typical “white box.” We hire top industry professionals consisted of an architect, builder and interior designer. With a different style and flare to each home, we follow a process. We at Santa Barbara have created a structure to make sure that each home has the above-standard materials and craftsmanship, is completed between a 12-15 month range and has the highest level of attention and detail in each of the rooms. Our goal is to create a move-in ready luxury home with everything a potential client expects in the $2M+ price range plus innovative surprises that go above and beyond expectations, making the potential clients life easier.
