SBPS is an expediting service handling plans for various trades to overall development due diligence and design consultation. We save the contractor and architect time to get on with their workloads while doing the owner research to provide the team as much information as possible about the project with detailed and well spelled out RFP's and RFQ's. We can assist with ordinance and code research from residential to commercial project. We can put together remodel and material plans that will work for permits and bids and will be done with all due diligence. We also provide signage surveys, code research, designs, drawings, review committees in addition to writing and creating Planned Sign Programs, Sign Criteria, Shopping Center Guidelines or whatever semantic applies in varying degrees of detail and information. It can go from just sign requirements, to center regulations and construction drawings, wall colors, dumpster locations etc. We work closely with your architects and contractors in a collaborative manner and can act as an Owner Representative to help identify and cost entire teams.
