Santander Securities Services S.A.U.(S3), a banking subsidiary of Banco Santander, S.A, provides custody and settlement services, and acts as a depositary and administrator either directly or indirectly - via its own subsidiaries - for institutional and corporate customers in Europe (Spain, Portugal and Poland) and Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina and Chile)*. S3's main business activity is the provision of post-trade securities services. It is a reginal supplier in Latin America and the leader of the Spanish market.
