As a vertically integrated real estate operating company, Santek has the in-house expertise to source, negotiate, acquire, develop, renovate, finance, lease and manage its investments. Santek is a State of Florida licensed General Contractor, Florida licensed Real Estate Broker and Property Management company. It is a woman owned business with Anna Kokolakis owning 70% of the shares and Joseph Kokolakis owning 30%. Since its founding, Santek and its affiliated companies have acquired, developed and managed over $250 million of commercial and residential real estate.
