The Sarah Agnes Foundation (SAF) is a BACP Accredited charity on a mission to ensure that people living with less financial means are able to access counselling and psychotherapy services. Our passionate team provides counselling to individuals, couples, and families both in-person and virtually and aims to tackle health inequalities by offering a pay-as-you-can programme for those living in poverty or on low-income. We partner with community centres, housing associations, and schools to ensure our work reaches people in the heart of their communities. Our corporate counselling services enable companies to provide high quality and professional therapy to their employees. By supporting and nurturing staff mental health companies are actively achieving their corporate social responsibilities - all funds from our corporate services are invested back into reaching people struggling with mental health issues whilst living in poverty.
