Sarquest Search Specialists

SARQuest Search Specialists is an all-volunteer group that trains year round in the many aspects of search and rescue. Our team members train their own personal canines in search and rescue and also complete extensive search technician training. SARQuest’s programs provide a range of services to the community. We provide Search Specialist Training, which trains individuals in several disciplines of search techniques and operations. We also provide Search Dog Training for dog and handler teams and Search Management Training to assist in the management of search events. We perform community education programs annually at the Reliant World Series of Dog Shows held in Houston, TX as well as local pet festivals. We have given presentations for local boy scout troops, Chambers of Commerce, first responder events, and at NASA’s bi-annual Health and Safety Day.
