There is lack of IT Vendor Collaboration, transparency is missing, mis-services are rampant, there is a high delay in services by few big vendors as they search vendors negotiate with them and then they outsource work to them which take huge time and its impact service timeline for making their margins. System Integrator and end customer feel a general apathy towards the services. System Integrators have very little margin in this competitive market what if they are not able to claim and collect amount from customer on time and their margin goes in paying interest on invested money. That is where we have started re-imagining what the services space could be. We imagined a place where B2B service sector could find completely transparent eco system. We imagined an option to have multiple partners not only in big cities, even in small area so that services can be provided on rapid manner which will help Business customer to collect money on time. A place where all services are transparent and there is unbiased pricing so that there will be healthy business for partners and our business customers. With this grand ambition as our life goal we started our journey into what is now Sarthaa Infotech Sarthaa is going to be India’s foremost IT Service aggregator. The objective is to collaborate and give Sustained Profitability to Business Customers and our partners for the entire IT Service ecosystem. We deal with only B2B segment we do not deal directly with B2C. It's a fine balancing platform which give transparent and unbiased services. We believe in three element which are People, Process and Technology to make our ecosystem healthier.
