Saskatoon Housing Authority

Saskatoon Housing Authority is committed to enriching lives of lower income members of our community by providing quality, well managed affordable housing opportunities and client services that promote independence. Established in 1963, the Saskatoon Housing Authority is a property management organization that manages affordable housing developed by three levels of government - Federal, Provincial and Municipal. We are one of many housing authorities in Saskatchewan. Each housing authority is independently managed and has a Board of Directors and a manager. Saskatoon Housing Authority operating, maintenance, utilities, taxes and administration costs are covered through rent revenues from tenants. Additional funding is received from Saskatchewan Housing Corporation for capital improvements on properties.
