Satya means truth, Sadhna means practice, Satya Sadhna is the technique with whose practice, you can realize the truth. Satya Sadhna is one the greatest scientific process in the world. Satya Sadhna is to create oneself from an unconscious human being to fully conscious being. Satya Sadhna is the art of being fully aware and conscious in one's actions, thoughts and feelings.
