Our goal was to deliver food to customers that they not only wanted, but didn’t know they wanted. How? We went in knowing that market research was detrimental, and that staying ahead of trends was key. We conducted research to understand what was trending in the market and in our communities, what wasn’t working and most importantly what was missing. From the data we acquired, we created our first 10 food concepts. And today? Sauce Capital is a tech-based community of self-owned hybrid kitchens with over 40 of our own brands.
