Sauce Odyssey

Sauce Odyssey is the nation’s only sauce-centric food trailer that highlights flavors from near and far through retail & restaurant. The retail side was designed to be highly interactive and story driven, to entice customers to sample and purchase exclusive products we personally curated. A carefully crafted food offering was added to round out the experience and parallel a theme of global flavors. We source most all of our ingredients locally, cook everything from scratch, and integrate rotisserie-fired meats and vegetables throughout the menu. The diversity of Austin's growing population, as well as the lack of a true bridge between sauce makers and their potential audience, positions Sauce Odyssey to pioneer an experiential destination where people unite and build lasting memories through sauce.
