Saugatuck Partners is a builder and full-service general contractor/project manager and finishing company for the past 45 years. We have worked primarily throughout Fairfield County, Westchester County and select parts of NYC, Hamptons and Rhode Island. Having completed over projects, we have evolved to bring the design-build and project sourcing process in-house in partnership with our customers and architects, designers and other trade partners. We are also investors in both residential and commercial properties, and have some we need to re-design. All together, we work on custom building and design, renovations, historical preservation, and property management. We have relied heavily on word of mouth with no advertising over the years, until now. We greatly appreciate referrals.
