The Property and Commercial teams deal with residential and commercial land transactions, family trusts, wills and estate planning, company law, intellectual property, immigration, commercial financing, and complex land development projects, including subdivisions. Our Litigation team deals with proceedings in all Courts and Tribunals, including insolvency, IP disputes, resource management advice, employment law, insurance law, criminal and family law and complex civil litigation. Our main CBD office is situated at 131 Victoria Street, Christchurch and we also have offices at Ferrymead and Wigram. Eight of the firm’s partners practice from our CBD office and several partners are also located permanently at each of the branches.
