Save Industrial Heritage

Save Industrial Heritage is a cultural association, based in Bologna, engaged in preserving and spreading the industrial heritage and culture. This platform aims to valorise industrial culture and heritage on a local, national and international level. This is being achieved with the following activities-Historical research trough books, archives and interviews-Organising local, national and international meetings, seminars, exhibitions and events on the theme of industrial heritage-Facilitating the development of industrial tourism creating itineraries and guided tours-Collaborating with educational institutions on the themes of industrial heritage, archeology and culture-Creating awareness about restoration and re-use of abandoned heritage-Facilitating the conservation of industrial heritage, offering consulting regarding mapping and design processes-Scientific consulting regarding mid and large range projects regarding industrial heritage culture-Participating to regional, national and european network and projects-Professional training in the field of industrial culture.
