Savera Bmu

SAVERA (Students As Volunteers in Education to Reach and Assist), is a student initiative of BML Munjal University, which started in the year 2014. We aim to provide education and support to the students of weaker sections of society. We work with the pledge to literate, educate and ameliorate. Since its inception, the club has been tirelessly working to dispel the darkness of nascence, from the life of unprivileged. We focus on the all-round development of the students and do our best to provide all the assistance required for it. We arrange co-curricular activities and ensure that maximum students participate and get the best from them. At times, we provide them with food and clothing. To create a suitable environment for education, we carry out literacy campaigns in nearby villages and persuade people to educate their children. We also assist them in school admissions. The initiative has witnessed exponential growth over the years, receiving unparallel support from University management, faculty and students. We started with 20 kids initially but now we have more than 100 kids engaged with us. The entire success of the club belongs to its volunteers, who work selflessly, throughout.
