Savvy Soul Yoga was created for you to embody an experience of Yoga, an opportunity to transform into your natural state of presence. Our mission is to heal some wounds by exploring the boundaries you've developed over time upon the mind, within the heart, and inside the spirit. We use the ancient principles of Yoga & Mindfulness to live life honoring your self, while serving others with genuine kindness. We also teach skills to enhance your health, by using the physical practices of asana, meditation, and breath work. This way trainees are able to express the teachings in an authentic way that serves them, while sharing a genuine connection with everyone around them, families, co-workers, animals, and the world.
