Given our experience on real estate investment principal side, we are able to provide advice and guidance on all aspects of real estate transactions. We place particular emphasis on pre-screening investment opportunities. SB Capital Partners focuses on opportunities which often do not attract the attention of mainstream investors and where pricing anomalies may exist and therefore the return on investment may be greater. Private Equity SB Capital Partners actively seeks to provide unique private equity investment opportunities for our clients. We focus on off-market deal origination, presenting opportunities for investors to acquire strategic stakes (between 30%-50%) in enterprises serving niche sectors. Geographic coverage includes: Europe, emerging markets including India & China, and frontier markets including MENA & Subsaharan Africa.
