SberAutopodpiska (SberCarsubscription) is an all-inclusive monthly car subscription service. The product changes the traditional approach to car ownership from buying to a long-term rental. It operates according to the e-commerce business model, focusing on simplifying the process of purchasing and using a car, but remaining a cost-effective alternative to purchase. Instead of buying and related responsibilities, a long-term rental without car owner duties, such as insurance, taxes, maintenance and repairs, is offered. The main idea of SberAutopodpiska is to provide customers with a new car in the fastest, easiest and most affordable way. Various subscription periods from 6 to 36 months are available to make the service even more convenient and flexible. One can pay monthly and get it all at once: a good car, its full maintenance, and constant service support. The pilot project was launched in Moscow at the end of 2020. The service has become fully operational from May 2021. The long-term rental market is only developing in Russia, but from the start SberAutopodpiska has confirmed that it will be in demand. To date, more than cars have been given to customers, and the number of employees of the company has grown to 170 people.
