Project Management for new Tenant Improvement Construction or Corporate Relocation Management is provided on a project basis. Sheri is responsible for providing team leadership to coordinate, facilitate and manage the project team's endeavors to deliver a complete project within required cost, quality, function, image and sschedule parameters. The project team includes the client, AIA, Engineers, TI Contractor, Voice/Data/AV/Security, Furniture, Signage, Plants, Artwork and Equipment Vendors. Responsibilities include managing all phases of programming, design development, construction documents, construction administration, FFE installation, final occupancy and project close out.
