SBT Holdings provides clients in the Philippines and Worldwide with High Value Engineering (HVE) services through its subsidiary SBT HVE Services Philippines Inc.(HVE) located in Metro Manila, Philippines. The Core Team at SBT Engineering has worked together in an HVE environment since 2008 and has developed a documented HVE Management Plan to optimize their services and overcome traditional “blockers” to outsourcing in the Oil and Gas industry. The devastating downturn in oil and gas commodity prices which began in 2014 has exerted tremendous pressure on operators and contractors at all levels of the supply chain to cut costs and ensure the industry remains sustainable. Facilities support providers of all sizes are struggling to meet the demands of the same customer base with fewer resources. Maintaining focus on their customers’ key drivers becomes ever more difficult, with the potential for compromised quality of deliverables and a loss of reputation.
