SBV is a management consultancy specialising in procurement and operating primarily in the public sector, particularly in local government. It has quickly built up an impressive client list including various private sector clients. The company has built its reputation by using experienced public sector procurement practitioners who have operated at the top level of management in their previous organisations and have extensive consultancy experience. SBV was established in October 2003 and over the past 10 years; assignments have included work in County, Unitary, District, London Borough and Fire Authority organisations. SBV also works extensively with the Improvement and Development Agency and 4Ps helping to deliver Member and Senior Management Procurement Workshops and procurement Health Fitness Checks.
