SBW Partners is a fee-for-service firm with the mission of enhancing practice, supervisory, and management skills in the Human Services sector. Founded in 2006, the firm devoted its earlier years to the field of aging and mental health services. Its clients have included Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services, the Alliance for Children and Family, Concerned Homemakers for the Elderly (COHME). More recently, it has expanded its services to a broader array of organizations. The firm’s approach emphasizes skill building within organizations – assessing needs, identifying resources, and developing a plan that maximizes staff capabilities.
